Every week, the Nexus Kids team run fun, engaging and wholesome programs designed for kids aged 2 years to Grade 6 as part of our Sunday church services.

Volunteering with Nexus Kids is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in the church community and develop your gifts. There are many ways to get involved on a volunteer basis both on Sundays and throughout the week.

Nexus Kids Junior Leadership Program (JLP) is our leadership development program for all children between Grade 3 and Grade 12.
JLP is designed to equip and empower the upcoming generation of leaders to be leaders in all areas of life, grow in understanding around why we serve, as well as instilling a desire to build God's church and serve Him with joy. Junior Leaders serve alongside our Nexus Kids key leadership team ,with opportunities to learn through example, asking questions and building mentoring relationships.
Nexus Kids have a dynamic and trained team that help to run fun, faith-filled programs for kids every Sunday.
Babies & Toddlers
Our newly renovated Auditorium has now new, purpose-built spaces for your little ones including a Parents Room & Nursing Mothers Room. These beautiful spaces are purpose-built for your little ones and stream the church service on a tv for parents to watch. Please note, only mothers to use our Nursing Mothers Room.
Creche: Toddlers 9 months - 2 years
Our wonderful Nexus Kids leaders run a Creche for babies and toddlers 9 months to 2 years old. Make sure you register and get tickets for your little one if you'd like them to attend the Creche program.
Sprouts: Kids aged 2 - 3 years
Rockets: Kids aged 3 - 4 years
Prime: Prep - Grade 4
Kids Program available for Ages 5 - 10
This location offers a basic kids program for children aged 5 - 10 years old only. Limited places are available due to room capacity so please ensure you get a ticket for each child that will attend. If our kids program has sold out, your child can simply sit with you in the main service.
For children under 5, we have colouring packs available, a box of toys to play with and there's plenty of space to toddle at the back of the hall.
Kids Program available for Ages 2 - 10
This location offers a basic kids program for children aged 2 - 10 years old. Limited places are available so make sure register ahead for each child that will attend.
Roar! is the fun, fresh and engaging Junior Youth program at Nexus Church. Held fortnightly at Everton Park, 6.30pm to 8.00pm during school terms for Grades 3 to 6 children. At ROAR! our Junior Youth have an opportunity to fellowship with each other and have fun while receiving innovative and impacting teaching. It's THE place to be on a Friday night!
Due to limited capacity, please make sure you get tickets for each child attending ROAR!

Mainly Music is a wonderful program run during the school term, designed to reach our community and help develop gross and fine motoring skills, language, imagination, mathematical and pre-reading skills as well as helping young children to socialise with others through music and movement.

Join us on Thursday mornings during school terms for a time of playing and connecting over coffee. We begin our mornings in the air conditioned precinct rooms under the church auditorium at 9.30am with free play, crafts, a story and a song. At 10.30am we enjoy a hot drink while the children have their own morning tea from home.
