Nexus Care

Nexus Care is a non-profit organisation based onsite at Nexus Church passionate about seeing people journey towards wholeness and find a 'fresh start' in life.

Nexus Care works with Nexus Church to help relieve poverty and distress in our local community through providing people-focussed and evidence-based services.

Nexus Care has varied food programs, COACH mentoring, Community Connect and Emergency Relief programs as well as many opportunities to volunteer.
