Hub FAQs & Helpful Information

What can I expect at a Hub?

Nexus Hubs are all about cultivating community. Each Hub is a ticketed gathering to ensure we meet Covid-19 guidelines.

When you arrive, there's plenty of free nearby carparking and a short walk to the Hub. At the entrance you'll see some of our helpful team who will scan your ticket from your smartphone or search for your name to check you in. You'll walk through the doors and be able to find a seat and undoubtedly be greeted a few times from our happy volunteers.

For those who have Kids Tickets, you'll be ushered through to Nexus Kids to complete a short sign-in for your child/ren to ensure safety.

At 9:30am the live-stream video will commence, you'll be invited to stand and sing together (words for all the songs are on the screen. This church service will run for around 60 minutes and conclude with the Hub Pastor closing the service in-person on a microphone.

If you have any queries or concerns on what to expect, please contact our Reception Team on (07) 3353 1377 during office hours Monday - Thursday.

Increased Hygiene Procedures

All our Hubs follow a COVIDSafe Industry Plan.

We are committed to stopping the spread of Covid-19 and are taking all necessary precautions to keep you and your family safe.

Along with registering and following our guidelines listed above, we ask that you practice social distancing wherever possible and make regular use of the hand sanitiser which will be readily available at all our Hubs.

Let's say Hi and show our love and excitement for being back together with our words and smiles and temporarily suspend hugs and handshakes at all Nexus Hubs.

Our volunteers are helping us to follow our COVIDSafe plan and we ask that you follow their instructions at all times.
